What is your primary product or service?
We are a construction company, building, designing and managing new home, institutional and commercial construction, large renovations and remodels, from conception to the finished build, utilizing the guidelines for Energy Star and LEED Certified building.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jonathan Wright, founder and President of Wright Builders, Inc., was a member of the very first graduating class at Hampshire College in 1970. He enjoyed the quality of life in the Pioneer Valley so much that he decided to stay and raise his family here. Mark Ledwell joined the company as Executive Vice President in 2000, after 15 years as a general contractor in the Valley. Together, Jonathan and Mark have built a team of skilled professionals who consistently deliver the finest quality construction, on time and on budget; the very best the area has to offer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a "green" builder, adhering strictly to the principals and guidelines of LEED and Energy Star 3.0 construction. Known for our creativity and ingenuity, we strive for the highest quality and enduring value on every project. We are committed to sustainable construction every day, and for every project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Northampton, MA servicing all of Western Massachusetts.
